the room was not cleaned during my three-night stay. that was disappointing. also, the breakfast quality did not match the price. i expected more variety and better ingredients.

the room was clean, as was the bathroom, which met my basic expectations.

the room was not serviced during my four-night stay, despite assurances to the contrary. furthermore, i found the quality and variety of the breakfast to be lacking given its price. it is unacceptable to offer so little for the price demanded. it's important that services promised are actually delivered.

the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, which i found acceptable.

during my stay, the room was not cleaned at all. this oversight was particularly disappointing since i stayed for three nights. i found the lack of housekeeping services unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The staff was very cute. the hotel has a tram station nearby, with access to the city center, and it also offers on-site parking which i used. the hotel provided easy access from the train station. It was a short walk. the room was very clean.
