it blew my socks off!

english language underground parking

this hotel just rocks! the underground car park access was so useful. plus, i was super happy so many of the staff spoke english like pros. i got to practice my rusty german a bit, but it was awesome to have english as a backup. seriously made everything smooth

The location was central near the main attractions. The spa facilities were clean. The room was comfortable overall.

I found broken glass on the floor in my room. There was also broken glass on the balcony. Breakfast service was slow and I left after waiting 20 minutes without even a drink order.

The bell service worked fine.

I found the breakfast room depressing. The breakfast quality was poor. It did not meet my expectations. There was a woman at reception on July 18, 2024. She was rude and clueless. This gave me a bad impression.
