amazing hotel experience!

i had a lovely room, it was so quiet and comfortable. the central location made it easy to walk to the zoo and train station. the breakfast had such diverse and delicious options. the reception staff were helpful with english and assisting with restaurant ideas and transport. i really enjoyed the welcome gluhwein!
i think the room maids didn't replenish the coffee, change the cups or water after my first night, that wasn't ideal. also, i found the towels too small and the pillows a little too bulky for my liking.

the staff was courteous and pleasant, especially ms. nasim at breakfast. check-in and check-out were fast and uncomplicated. the hotel staff offered friendly assistance throughout the stay.

parking is available on site, convenient. the hotel location allows easy access to the city's largest shopping mall and the main train station. the hotel is also dog-friendly with no extra charges for my little companion.

The staff was friendly. They promptly addressed all my needs. The room was clean upon arrival and tidied daily. I found ample free parking in front of the building. The breakfast offered a great variety.
The gym equipment looked a little dated. Some machines required maintenance.

The hotel is near the city center. It is only a short walk away. Public transport links are easily accessible with the U-Bahn station just minutes away. This makes getting around VERY convenient.

the twin room included coffee making facilities and ample space. i found complimentary coffee , tea , and fruit-flavored water available in the lobby , a lovely touch. the breakfast offered diverse choices , forming a well-rounded buffet with delicious items.

The breakfast was acceptable enough to start the day. It could have been worse, I suppose.
Only one of the three elevators worked. Waiting became a new hobby . Maintenance issues extended to my room, where the sink had a rather noticeable crack. I would have appreciated a heads-up about the ongoing elevator situation.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made accessing downtown quite easy. the staff were really responsive to any questions i had. it definitely.
unfortunately, two out of three elevators were out of service, so i ended up using the stairs quite often. also, my room was right next to the utility closet. housekeeping started work very early, around 6:30 am, and i could hear everything.
