amazing hotel!
helpful employee convenient app great service
Every employee was polite and helpful. they helped me with a rental car issue. the app they use is convenient. Any request or food order be it room service or by the pool or beach makes it easy. after checking out, i realized i forgot a jacket. they sent it to my hotel in athens by the next morning.
The hotel is huge and has a lot of steps. There is no sign of the famous greek hospitality and kindness.

the hotel sits between two towns. nydri is a six-minute car drive away. the hotel features lovely views over the ocean towards the mountains.

The hotel has several good pools . there are many beds available near the pools. a reasonable gym overlooks the sea. Breakfast offers many choices.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. one young lady named evmorphia provided excellent assistance. housekeeping is very professional, nice, and friendly.

Breakfast included a wonderful range of choices. The Italian restaurant provided an especially good experience.. the food quality was high. The staff were very helpful . The hotel offered plenty of different beach and pool spots.
The hotel reception did not always pass requests to house maids. The hotel offers tea and coffee facilities.. it omitted evaporated milk and sugar. There were also not enough coffee machines, causing a wait for coffee.

blissful retreat

the private beach was a real highlight for me. the breakfast offered excellent variety with high quality options. the clear water at the beach was super. i enjoyed dinner at segreto, the service impressed me.
i found that some of the room amenities seemed to have been used when i arrived. it was my only concern really

poor ventilation inadequate cleanup
I expected better service. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, causing persistent moisture. A very old hairdryer barely functioned. i also found the staff's response to a water leak from the fridge to be lackluster. Cleanup was inadequate despite my repeated requests. it really was like the superior room i paid for wasn't worth the upgrade.
