some issues with the room cleanliness
unclean toiletbuffet design
The toilet wasnt particularly clean. there was a bad surprise underneath the toilet cover, like it had never been cleaned. also, the breakfast buffet design was bad. There werent any disks to put plates on.

Fresh linen and towels were provided. Housekeeping offered daily cleaning. Reception staff and breakfast waiters were also polite. Breakfast was excellent with good choices.
The shower door was a bit narrow.

Public transport is super close to the building. Berg am Laim metro station is only a short walk away. The hotel is near a bus stop. This makes getting around super easy.

The breakfast had many choices and tasted nice. the staff sorted out an extra day for me, and i could stay in the same room. I am thankful for that.
I found a stained carpet in my room. I hope they clean it soon. the male receptionist was slow, and my special request was not met, twice.
