Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was given lots of lovely suggestions of what to do. The hotel location is perfect. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the marina. Parking was also convenient, as I rented a car to explore.
The pool could have used a bit of cleaning, as I noticed some green around the edges.

The reception staff were amazing, always smiling and eager to assist with everything. I found their warm and professional approach added a personal touch to my stay. Their attentiveness and reliability were AMAZING!!!

The location was good with bars and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was quite simple and not very varied. The staff cleaned hallways early, from 7 to 9 am every morning IT WAS VERY ANNOYING! the hotel seemed understaffed, SO that wasn't ideal.

the hotel provided nespresso coffee and water, restocked daily, i liked that. breakfast on the roof terrace offered a nice view. the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. the pool area was also a nice plus.

The pool was AMAZING!!! It was bigger than it looked in the photos and very clean. The room was also quite large. It had big windows and a very comfortable bed. I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful.
The free bikes could use some maintenance.

the hotel had a very central location near many restaurants. the rooftop terrace offered views of the harbor during breakfast. the staff provided helpful directions to a nearby restaurant and booked taxis as needed. free use of the hotel bicycles allowed us to cycle to the beach
