The hotel had a rooftop sunbathing area and jacuzzi. It really was lovely. rooms were excellent and decorated to a very high stylish standard. i found the reception staff very professional and friendly, and my ad-hoc requests were dealt with swiftly. it showed a 'can-do' disposition.

The room was small though it was clean and adequate. there was only a bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. the balcony was a complete waste of time and space. It had one small bar stool, so i couldn't get past it.

i found the reception staff very helpful and customer centric. the location is convenient to the main street with its shops. i easily reached the port and enjoyed the sea view.

i noticed the doors weren't very soundproof so there was a bit of noise when the room was near the elevator.

my compact room was sufficiently spacious for my needs the king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable i had a great view from my room and a large balcony to enjoy .

breakfast had multiple choices making it very lovely and satisfying. the breakfast was quite satisfactory providing a range of options. i especially enjoyed the greek yogurt and the coffee each morning.

Really good stay in Kefalonia

luggage storage shower facilities evening flight

The hotel provided luggage storage which was convenient for our travel plans. We were able to use the shower facilities after checking out because we had an evening flight. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I especially appreciate this flexibility. The breakfast had abundant selections of eggs and pastries..

The soundproofing was not great. I could clearly hear noise and movement in the corridor. Conversations in neighboring rooms were also audible. I was repeatedly woken up by people going to their rooms. I wish i had brought earplugs

The room itself was plenty spacious and the only really compact thing was the tiny shower space. The compact room included comfortable sunbeds, towels and a nice bar. The room offered fine views, cool showers and i found it utterly splendid!
