the room was very large , a definite plus.

the lack of staff was noticeable. the buffet felt chaotic and unpleasant , especially with messy eating areas. waiting for drinks and queuing for dinner took too long , and the atmosphere felt basic for a four-star place. i think some operational efficiency training is needed.

The hotel's location is very convenient, only a short walk to the park entrance. The room was spacious and always clean, complete with cool Rituals cosmetics. The price seemed reasonable, especially with the included park tickets and express passes. I found the staff very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

The walk to the park can feel slightly long after a full day of activities, but it's manageable.

Our room was spacious with big beds and fantastic facilities. The bathroom stood out as outstandingly spacious and clean, practically brand new. The room's decor was well done and added to the overall pleasant experience.

The pool area was superb and well kept. There was a poolside bar serving food and drinks. Free access to neighboring hotels' pools was a bonus. Luggage storage proved very helpful after checkout. I safety was good.
