long queue unclean toilet
the hotel location was acceptable, offering easy access to the park.
Check-in took an hour. That's unacceptable! the toilet was not cleaned well. i booked a kingsize bed, but i got two small beds instead.

great selection fabulous pools helpful staff
the breakfast offered a great selection of food. the pools were fabulous. the staff were helpful!!!

amazing family trip!
relaxing spot clean area easy luggage
the hotel gardens provided wonderful spots to relax. the public areas were clean. the pool area was well presented. luggage lockers were available and easy to use, though there was a 6 eur per day charge.
breakfast was satisfactory, however dinner could have been better regarding taste.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety. dinner buffets were acceptable. the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff were polite and cute. they were friendly. the staff was also really helpful.
