the air conditioning didn't work well, it barely cooled the room. the lighting in the room was also inadequate. these issues significantly impacted my stay.

The room was spacious, bigger than I expected, and the balcony had a great size with provided chairs and table. The staff were great, no matter who I met. They were always helpful and smiling! I especially appreciated the great location with easy access to the beach and shops.
The pool area lacked atmosphere, and the bar was closed during the day. I had to go to the restaurant for drinks. I think they should add some music.

The hotel restaurant had excellent choices at breakfast and dinner, a welcome experience. The staff was lovely too! There were plenty of restaurants on the doorstep, a wide selection for everyone to enjoy.

The hotel has a clean and well kept pool for kids. It gives them a nice place to enjoy themselves! There are nearby shops and bars, very useful. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff was always helpful and friendly, no matter the request or query. Check-in online made the arrival quick and efficient! Any issues were dealt with promptly.
