immaculate hotel with excellent service
helpful staff perfect location
The staff were first class. They were helpful with directions and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was immaculate, with daily room service. The bar area near the pool was convenient, and the location was perfect for accessing the beach and shopping areas.
The air conditioning in my room did not work effectively. The temperature was nearly 40 degrees outside, and this heat was noticeable inside. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably and get ready in the room

clean hotel modern decor good breakfast
The hotel was very clean with modern decor. The room cleaning service occurred daily. The breakfast selection had many good options (especially the omelets). I also liked the helpful and friendly staff.
The rooms were not very spacious. It left little room for movement. The rooms could be larger.

cold food poor breakfast
the pool seemed decent.
the food situation wasnt good. food sits in containers without enough heat, so it gets cold. even breakfast was a struggle, bread takes multiple tries to toast right.

The hotel is in a great spot for getting around! the pool bar was convenient and had reasonable prices. i liked that i had a private balcony. It added extra space to the room.
the wifi signal was a little weak in my room.

The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. They were able to quickly answer all my questions. poolside service was quick. The bartenders always had a smile while serving. housekeepers maintained rooms well. They provided fresh towels daily.
