I found the staff to be helpful and always ready to assist with any request. The location is very convenient. It's close to many shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. I liked the variety of food options available at the buffet. There was always something new to try.

I stayed in the superior room, and it featured two separate sinks in the bathroom, very practical. the hotel provides a bus stop near the complex. outdoor table tennis was available, shielded from wind. This made it enjoyable even on breezy days.
the indoor swimming pool needed more frequent cleaning during the day.

The room was spacious, and the daily cleaning service was perfect. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food options. There was always something new to try. The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed all requests (even when I needed an extra pillow).
The gym could use a couple more free weights.

The hotel features three outdoor pools, including a larger pool with an outdoor jacuzzi and a smaller children's pool with slides, PLUS an indoor pool. Lifeguards were consistently present, ensuring safety in all pool areas, and I appreciated that.
