great location comfortable room friendly staff
i had such a great time the location is perfect near two beaches and lots of shops i found the room very comfortable and clean i especially appreciated the friendly staff. david at the bar was fantastic he really made the holiday special. the cleanliness was top notch everywhere i went
i think the entertainment could improve significantly right now the entertainment feels very indoor-focused and loses some of its charm as a result. moving some activities outside could really boost the experience. i hope that this can be adressed quickly.

I appreciated the attentive staff . David, Evan, and Yancarlos were good bartenders, I am thankful for their service! The hotel's cleanliness also impressed me. It was fantastically maintained.

The rooms were very clean and of a good size. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Maria from the entertainment team tried hard to get the guests involved. The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, shops, and bars.
The outdoor area closes when the bar closes, and some lights are turned off. More could be made of this space with citronella candles and low music.

The staff was very nice, David and Ivan at the bar were ALWAYS attentive. The buffet had a lot of choices. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants (everything was within five minutes).
