wild west adventure
convenient location tasty breakfast helpful staff wild west
the hotel location is convenient it is near the park. breakfast was tasty with fresh fruits and vegetables. i found many healthy choices for kids. the included free entry to the park was very nice. i appreciated the wild west theme throughout the territory. the staff were generally very kind and helpful.
i found the room window unable to open and the air con was broken despite sending someone to fix it the room was hot. the towels were also quite small.

the staff provided attentive service at the front desk they offered helpful assistance with park tickets and directions to various attractions and resolved minor issues quickly ensuring a pleasant experience.

the hotel features very close proximity to the theme park entrance access is only a short walk this eliminates the need for transportation and allows for maximizing time spent enjoying the attractions.

the room was super clean with daily room service it had a western theme. the room included a mini-fridge and a safe for storing valuables i found the bed quite comfortable.

Wild West Hospitality at Its Best
direct access ample space wide selection
The hotel offered direct park access, convenient for my family. The family room provided ample space, two bathrooms, and a thoughtful layout (especially beneficial with kids!). The breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide selection. EVERYONE found something they loved.

The room featured two double beds and a well kept shower. Daily cleaning services kept the space fresh, there were plenty of towels!).

The proximity to the theme park made it easy to pop back to the room for a midday rest. The walk to the park entrance took less than five minutes, a GREAT time saver. Direct access eliminated shuttle waits.

The breakfast buffet included many choices for all tastes. Staff maintained the buffet well, replenishing items quickly. The dining area was spacious and clean.

A super stay
comfortable bed theme park proximity huge variety excellent service
The bed was very comfortable here. I enjoyed the proximity to the theme park. It was very convenient. Breakfast offered a HUGE variety, it fueled us for long park days. The staff were helpful. They gave an excellent service.
The pool had some very strict rules. No floaties of any kind are allowed.

The hotel courtyard includes BEAUTIFUL exotic plants. There are multiple pools available . The proximity to the amusement parks were a BIG plus.

Staff at reception provided prompt help. Restaurant workers kept the buffet well-stocked and clean. The bar staff are friendly and efficient. Room service was available daily. It kept the rooms super clean.

Breakfast had a large assortment of options suiting diverse tastes. The buffet dinner presented several choices, too. The Pizza near to the pool area was good and tasty. Drinks were always readily available.
Location

This location offered quick access to both theme parks and other attractions. A short walk got us right to the park entrance, it saved a lot of time. A taxi to near locations was easy to arrange.

underwhelming stay
warped door stained linen
the breakfast had a good selection of items.
The bathroom door was damaged and warped. It did NOT close. the door connecting the two rooms had a faulty handle that kept falling off. there were also stains on the bed linen, upsetting.

the hotel has a very convenient park access. it included a ferrariland ticket with park entry included, i liked that.
room keys stopped working once and i visited reception again.
