the hotel staff were helpful and cute. check in was easy. the staff greeted us warmly when we entered the dining hall and returned from the hotel entrance. cleaners did an amazing job everyday as they gave us plenty of new towels. the floor was properly cleaned daily.

i found the proximity to both portaventura and ferrari land convenient. a short 25-minute walk got me to the parks without any hassle. the swimming pool was a real highlight. the hotel's closeness to the center allowed easy access to other nearby attractions, too.
the selection of food and drinks within the hotel during the day felt somewhat limited, as most guests were out enjoying the parks.

the pools include a sandy bottom option (something different!), and the grounds are well maintained. there are multiple pools available , ensuring space for everyone.

i found the breakfast buffet offered a great value with good quality food. there was a wide variety of options ensuring everyone could find something to their liking. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the room was spacious and clean, though maybe a little tired. it was more than adequate for our needs while we enjoyed the parks and pool. a fridge was also available.

the location offered easy access to portaventura, ferrari land, and the beach. being able to walk to both the parks and the beach in around 15 minutes was really handy. it provides the best of both worlds.

The hotel location was SOOO convenient. It was a short walk to the park, a HUGE plus for my family. The staff was AMAZING!!! They were helpful.

I stayed in a family room. Housekeeping made beds and changed towels daily. THEME of the hotel. was really nice.
The bar seemed slow and not busy, BUT this was only a minor inconvenience.
