Central Stay with Surprises!

The hotel's location was central, it allowed easy exploration. A car park opposite the building simplified logistics. I found the staff very helpful. Checking in was smooth. A pastry bag arrived each morning. I found this a good touch (especially with water too!).
The room cleaning could improve. I noticed some areas needed a bit more attention. It wasn't a significant issue, but I hope they address this .

the hotel location is central and it was easy to walk around. i appreciate they hung pastries in a bag on my door in the mornings, so cute, also they provide a free juice and coffee machine downstairs, that was a nice surprise. the staff helped me when my car broke down. they was friendly.
the bathroom door did not lock, it was easily rectified though.

The location was central. I found the pastries and water left each morning to be a kind gesture. The staff helped me find local spots.. it was very appreciated. The complimentary coffee and juice in the reception area offered a refreshing treat anytime.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, but it wasn't a major issue.

I am annoyed the room felt cramped. I expected more space, a real disappointment. The air conditioning barely worked. It was hot and stuffy. Plus, there were strange noises coming from the elevator shaft all night. My sleep suffered for it.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location right in the city center. It took me less than ten minutes to walk from the main train station. The central market was just next door. The breakfast bag was a lovely touch (I especially liked the pastries).
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in my room was a minor inconvenience.
