excessive noisemissing shampoo
I was surprised by a couple of issues. The noise was excessive. I was disturbed by loud sounds in the corridor at midnight. There was no remote control available for the television. there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I question how this place earned a five-star rating.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i found the location near sultan mohammad v square useful. the team was friendly and quick to assist.
i faced noise from the street at night. it was disturbing sometimes.

the breakfast was plentiful. there was a great variety of food and excellent coffee. the hotel was very clean. the location is also great, as it is close to the medina and the tram.
i was surprised the hotel is rated as a five-star hotel. the infrastructure felt basic and outdated. the mattresses felt old, like they were from the 1980s.
