I had a suite and i could see hassan 2 mosque from the balcony, , made me so happy. the staff seemed friendly and professional, especially the receptionist. the hotel also has a restaurant. I found the food very tasty.

I noticed the heater was not working when i got to my room. It took a while for it to be fixed, a little inconvenient.

the staff was happy to help with anything i needed and seemed genuinely invested in making sure i was comfortable. the doormen were especially accommodating when i wanted to call taxis, really kind and efficient.

the front desk man was super attentive, always smiled. the entrance man was really great too! our room was huge, clean, and just the best. it felt so comfy. breakfast was amazing, it had tons of choices and tasted yum!

the staff brought my car from parking. they loaded my luggage, that was awesome! the reception staff were super friendly and supportive, they really accommodated and provided a doctor to our room.

the location is nice. it is central, a short walk to the medina. there is also a tram stop right by the hotel. the hotel is near trains and you can walk to many things around the area.

The breakfast had a reasonable variety of foods.

The air conditioning in my room was not working upon arrival. I had to wait seven hours for it to be fixed. I also saw baby cockroaches in the shower, unpleasant.
