Really good Service and a Nice Stay

I received a lovely upgrade to a King Room High Floor. The room was very clean and well-kept. I appreciated the convenient location for accessing the tram and the Casa Port rail station. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items , and I found it satisfying.

I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the room.

All staff members were helpful and approachable. They were also friendly and professional. The team answered all questions I had and provided all necessary information , which I greatly appreciated.
