The room included two desks. This was convenient. complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. the coffee machine offered plenty of capsules.
I found the location a bit far from the city center. A tram was necessary.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay.
The room was quite small, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, especially given the weather. finding the hotel was a challenge as it is hidden from the main street and requires passing through a cargo loading zone.

The hotel provided tram information. This was very helpful. the reception staff shared details about places to visit. the staff ensured i had everything i needed. the room windows were very nice.
the lack of clear signage made the hotel a bit tricky to find initially.
