Awesome Hotel with Great Amenities
modern room quiet room
The room was modern and quiet I was able to fully relax. Free coffee was available in the room a great perk. The staff was very nice and accommodating too I had a late check-out. I felt really welcome.
I found the bathroom design to be a bit impractical there was no sink inside the toilet room. I had to walk back into the main room to wash my hands an inconvenience.

The room featured a very quiet atmosphere with city views. Windows could be partially opened ensuring fresh air. The bathroom was clean and of good size too it was all great.

Underground parking was directly connected to the hotel providing convenience. The hotel had a very modern design. Guests also have access to free access Kunsthaus Zurich too.

The staff was friendly and ready to help with requests. They allowed a slightly late check-out because of my work schedule. It was pleasant to deal with them all the time.

convenient desks nice water sufficient capsules
The room included two desks. This was convenient. complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. the coffee machine offered plenty of capsules.
I found the location a bit far from the city center. A tram was necessary.

small room confusing location
The staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay.
The room was quite small, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, especially given the weather. finding the hotel was a challenge as it is hidden from the main street and requires passing through a cargo loading zone.

The hotel provided tram information. This was very helpful. the reception staff shared details about places to visit. the staff ensured i had everything i needed. the room windows were very nice.
the lack of clear signage made the hotel a bit tricky to find initially.

The staff at reception offered excellent service and assistance. The hotel is near bus and tram stations, providing quick access to other areas. My room had a moving window that let in fresh air. A barrier ensured safety. The restaurant served tasty food, and the breakfast included many options.
I found the location a little hidden, as it required navigating through a cargo loading zone to reach the entrance.
