The staff here WAS very friendly. Breakfast included many options at the buffet. I found smoothies and omelets. The specialty restaurants offered better dining choices. The Italian restaurant featured great osso bucco. The grounds provided lush landscaping and palm trees.
The room had some chipped paint near the air conditioner. This was a minor distraction.
