mixed feelings about this resort
unanswered calls loud music
Reaching the hotel before arrival proved impossible. i tried calling several times. Nobody answered. even after checking in, contacting the front desk was difficult. the loud music played until late was also disruptive. it reminded me of the hotel did not take guests' concerns seriously at all!

the beach had kayaks and a hobie cat available , perfect for some fun. the staff was super attentive , always bringing drinks right to my spot on the beach.
the juice options were not very tasty , they just didn't hit the mark. also , there wasn't a whole lot to do besides hang out by the pool , once i was done swimming there were no other activities.

good separation professional staff delicious food special resort
i really loved the spread of this place. it felt very well separated, which allowed me to enjoy everything as i wanted. only around 240 rooms makes this resort special with really good service and professional staff, i thought. also, the food was delicious, a bonus!

i really enjoy the many food options. the hotel has several restaurants with diverse cuisine. the coffee shop includes delicious ice cream and pastries. i liked there was no limit for towels at the pool.
