The staff were helpful and kind. i especially appreciated the cleanliness. wifi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. rooms are spacious. I enjoyed the generous space. the variety of food at the restaurants was a treat.

mixed feelings about this resort

unanswered callsloud music
Reaching the hotel before arrival proved impossible. i tried calling several times. Nobody answered. even after checking in, contacting the front desk was difficult. the loud music played until late was also disruptive. it reminded me of the hotel did not take guests' concerns seriously at all!

the beach had kayaks and a hobie cat available , perfect for some fun. the staff was super attentive , always bringing drinks right to my spot on the beach.
the juice options were not very tasty , they just didn't hit the mark. also , there wasn't a whole lot to do besides hang out by the pool , once i was done swimming there were no other activities.

i really loved the spread of this place. it felt very well separated, which allowed me to enjoy everything as i wanted. only around 240 rooms makes this resort special with really good service and professional staff, i thought. also, the food was delicious, a bonus!
