lovely beachinconsistent servicecream-based food
the location was nice! the beach and pool areas were lovely.
The food at the included restaurant did not impress me. it all tasted very similar, mostly cream-based. the dining service also felt inconsistent. We were not always served at the same time as others at our table. i expected more for a supposedly luxury resort.

The staff delivered coffees to the room each morning it was a thoughtful service. The views from the pools were lovely offering expansive sea views. Food choices were ample providing plenty of variety for all tastes. I appreciated the attentiveness of most staff members who were always on hand.
I did notice a stray cat occasionally present in the restaurant somewhat affecting the outdoor dining experience.

The concierge team, especially Kemlin, was adept at customizing experiences according to guest interests offering options for dietary restrictions and informing guests of available choices from the menu. Staff readily accommodated each guest's requests demonstrating flexibility and a high level of personalization.
