The beach was beautiful. the water is calm and the sand is soft. the view is very nice. the resort was very nice. Grounds and pools were well kept. if you plan to spend most of your time on the beach, then this hotel will do.
the hotel details are misleading especially the photographs. the whole place needs updating badly. i found the room was only cleaned once a week.

I really enjoyed my visit! the beach had very nice white sand. the staff was friendly. the buffet offered diverse options, i found the food great. i loved the pools, especially the main one, and its layout was very convenient.
The wifi in the room was unreliable. This was quite frustrating. it worked well in the lobby, a bit inconvenient though!

My superior queen room was clean. It also had air conditioning. i liked that the room was freshly painted, this made the space very cute. the bed was very comfortable! i slept so well.

the resort is situated on a beautiful beach, one of the main highlights. the resort offered fine sunset views, really picturesque, and i could easily access the water for swimming. the scenery was beautiful!

The buffet had a good variety. I always found something tasty. breakfast self-service was also amazing, and the variety was very appreciated. i found that staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful. I liked it a lot!

The location was acceptable and near the beach.
The room had issues. There was no dresser to store my clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase all week. The bathroom door fell off. How charming.

The hotel features noticeable improvements since its refurbishment. I found the location good, with a beautiful beach nearby. The resort has two lovely pools with many chairs . There is ample seating at both pools, so everyone can relax.
The main buffet had some hygiene issues and food quality was not consistent.

The hotel location is excellent. I found the beach very beautiful and easily accessible. The pools had ample seating. I saw that there was security present, so I felt safe at the resort.
The WiFi was somewhat unreliable in certain areas of the resort.

The hotel sat right on the beach. The location was excellent. The food choices were varied. I found many options to my liking. I extended my stay for an extra day because I had such a good time there.
I experienced spotty Wi-Fi signal in my room.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They attended to my needs quickly. Lorenzo, a manager, seemed attentive and was visible throughout the hotel. I especially liked Judith, hostess at The Palms, she sang at meals.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach. The beach has a long stretch of sand. This makes leisurely walks a worthwhile activity. I found the location peaceful, and it helped me relax.

Food options were excellent. I appreciated the variety offered. I really enjoyed the succulent BBQ ribs on Christmas night. They were AMAZING!!! The dessert station was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the omelet and specialty food stations.
