The apartment was beautifully appointed and clean. It included full ac, toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer! the kitchen was fully appointed with a fridge that had some soft drinks, wine, and beer. the food was amazing, from callaloo's beach bar and grill to the beach club and the coffee shop!

the concierge kindly arranged for us to shower at the spa before leaving, but the experience was uncomfortable. the lady working at the spa made it clear she was unhappy about us being there and saying we 'shouldn't really be showering there,' it left a sour final impression.

There were many swimming pools and a perfect beach to choose from. It was cleaned and raked daily. the resort also has water sports activities available and a walkway around the marina is a pleasant sight.

The food supervisor was so kind to us making sure we were happy. It was lovely to have a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and supper served timely. the bartenders made great drinks at the bar and while we were on the beach!

the butlers went way out of their way to wish us with many birthday and anniversary surprises! they were there whenever we needed them. they are a great asset to landings, i'm so glad.

The strip down the shower door slipped. I found no hot water. Management offered a laughable credit.

Our two-bedroom unit had a great layout. there was a great view of the bay from the front. the marina was visible from the back. i used the balcony hot tub. It was turned down to 35c. i would definitely stay again.

Breakfast had very little choice and bad quality pastries. The egg station was the only good thing. The food was generally poor.

the free pilates classes were a great start to each day. i found my suite spacious and very clean. The wednesday night silent disco provided unique entertainment.

breakfast was very poor for A 5 star hotel. Pastries and cereals were of bad quality. drinks were expensive, and some cocktails seemed premade. One of the restaurants remained closed .
