I noticed a 12% service charge for every drink. It felt a little excessive.

I stayed in the royal circle suite and it felt spacious! the hotel staff were always happy to help. They definitely remembered me after my first night.
The gym's treadmill was out of order. It was not fixed .

weak drink chaotic breakfast
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. Kennedy and his team do a lovely job with the plantings.
The restaurant was a major letdown. Aperol spritzes tasted mainly of soda, and the gin and tonics were weak. Breakfast was a chaotic affair with tea and coffee taking at least 30 minutes to arrive. I was always waiting.

The hotel maintained a very friendly, family vibe. The dining options allowed flexibility to explore the island. The team provided great service around the pool, in the bars, and in the restaurant. The staff were friendly. They greeted me by name.

I loved the gorgeous beach location! The garden was beautiful. The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. Snorkeling with a turtle was a great perk. The pink speedboat matched the hotel's aesthetic, which I enjoyed a lot, along with the custom china and the art in the rooms.
