The location is unbeatable since it is right next to the main entrance. Breakfast had a super variety of options to choose from each morning. The cave bar was great. The staff arranged a surprise birthday cake. It was a very lovely gesture from the hotel.
I thought the outdated rooms lacked modern amenities since there was no pool.

i was charmed by the location, it is right next to the visitor center. the room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was effective after a long day. i also appreciated the breakfast buffet and the option for a light dinner on the patio .
I found the bar's opening hours inconvenient. It only opened after 7pm. this limited my options for an earlier evening drink after exploring.

The staff was friendly and helpful! breakfast was tasty. the hotel arranged petra by night tickets for us and delivered them directly to our room. It made everything effortless. the location is perfect, right next to the visitor center and the main entrance.
the bar opened only after 7pm, a bit late for an early evening drink after exploring. the towels felt a bit scratchy.
