closed pool stale pastries
i was really looking forward to using the rooftop pool. it was a major reason i booked, but it was closed. there was no notice about this beforehand, and the staff didn't seem too concerned. also, i found the breakfast quality disappointing. it wasn't the worst, but definitely not a highlight of my stay. some of the pastries tasted stale.

small bathroom weak water flow
The bathroom felt cramped. It only accommodated one person. the showerhead provided weak water flow. buffet food at dinner lacked heat, and the chicken dishes tasted repetitive, even with daily changes. i also didn't see any lamb offered .

my room featured a king bed , it was very comfortable. i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room , that was a great addition.

closed pool piled seating
The location near Petra's entrance was acceptable. It made accessing the site easy.
The rooftop pool was closed, and no one told us beforehand. It looked like it had been closed for a while. The outside seating area also wasn't set up as advertised. Chairs were just piled up.

The hotel has a convenient location. It is a short walk to the Petra entrance. The staff are service-minded and helpful with special requests (I had a few). The food at the restaurant was delicious with good variety. The manager often checked in on us regularly.
The parking situation is a bit inconvenient as it is on a steep area. I found it slightly difficult to locate initially since it is shared with other hotels. Clearer directions would be beneficial.
