This hotel has an unbeatable location, right across from the Petra visitor center! I was also impressed with the staff who were very helpful. The breakfast offered a great selection of foods to choose from, and it was very fresh.

The gym equipment looked very dated. Using the treadmill was not a great experience. The machines could use some updating!

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room featured a comfortable king bed and blackout curtains. There was also a work desk and ergonomic chair, perfect for catching up on emails!

The main dining area offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast includes a wide variety of options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes! There is also an omelet station.

The hotel is situated very close to the entrance to Petra. This provides convenient access. The location was perfect though the parking was expensive! There is a gift shop nearby.

I was impressed with the hotel's security measures. The staff provided really good hospitality throughout my visit, from the reception to the restaurant. I found the food excellent, especially the breakfastwith a great selection.

The spa services were unavailable when I visited, disappointing because I planned to use those facilities.

The location was great. It was literally across from the entrance to Petra, I walked there in minutes. The decor was majestic, especially the ceilings and chandeliers. I found the room to be lovely.

The air conditioning was not controllable in my room.

The location is directly across from the entrance to petra. That detail was acceptable. it is a short walk after a long day.

I was a little disappointed. the room was pretty basic. i noticed there was no furniture on the balcony. The view would have been nice if i had somewhere to sit. the pool was also too cold to enjoy.
