dated room hard mattress

the location was acceptable since it was within walking distance to the basilica of st francis (though the walk back was a bit of a workout).

i must say, the room was quite underwhelming. it felt dated and a bit plain, not exactly the 4-star experience i anticipated. the mattress was also surprisingly hard, resulting in a rather uncomfortable sleep.
