excellent stay
friendly staff super clean room fabulous treatment
the staff was friendly and cute. my room was super clean and well kept. the spa was a bit busy but the treatments were still fabulous! i want to thank alex, harrison, connor, reece, wez, and all the bar staff for their superb service.

the staff offered very quick service and addressed all questions immediately. i requested extra towels, and they arrived in fewer than ten minutes. all staff members were polite and seemed eager to help with any requests.

Underwhelming Breakfast and Unresponsive Management
poor service absent fruit
During a weekend visit, I found the breakfast service quite lacking. Pastries and fresh fruit were absent . Requests at our table were either ignored or poorly handled , and I never received a response from the manager despite sending two emails. This level of disregard is quite frustrating , considering the expectations set by previous stays.

I found the breakfast to be great. The hotel has free parking. The location provides good access to the A30. I also appreciated the convenience of a nearby bus route, with stops close to the premises.
