broken toilet seat poor apology

the breakfast included perfectly cooked items. the staff were very friendly.

the toilet seat in my room was broken. i reported this to the receptionist, but she did not acknowledge my complaint (this was frustrating). she continued processing my card payment without any apology.

the location was good. secure parking existed.

the room overlooked the car park and a noisy delivery happened at 6 am. i found the shower difficult to regulate. it switched between very hot and cold.

friendly staff comfy room excellent breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. My room was comfy, and breakfast was excellent. There was also plenty of parking, a big plus. I appreciated the short walk to the centre.

The room's decor felt slightly dated.

The room was spacious, warm, clean and nicely decorated. I really liked it. The bed was soft and comfy, I slept very well. In the morning, there was plenty of hot water for a bath.

From check-in to the kitchen staff, everyone was warm and friendly. The reception staff were very cute to all guests. I found the service efficient and attentive. Staff were very helpful.
