some issues detracted from the experience
broken airconuncomfortable heat
The room was stifling. the air conditioning was broken. A small fan did little to alleviate the heat. this made getting ready for an event difficult and impacted our comfort significantly.

The room was clean and the location was convenient to shops.
The room became uncomfortably hot. There was an air conditioning unit, but it needed an ice pack to function. The metal steps leading up to the room at the back were steep and difficult to navigate with luggage (i wasn't warned of this beforehand).

The staff were super cute! i was greeted with smiles and they were very helpful with directions. the room was clean and the bed was so comfy, i slept like a baby. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast. Fresh ingredients and a wide selection!
the tv remote didn't work properly though. i had to manually change channels, a bit annoying!

The service was prompt. Staff answered all my questions efficiently. check-in and check-out were both seamless. a staff member offered assistance with my luggage, which i found very helpful!

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. It had several treadmills and weights. parking was ample, with clearly marked spaces. the on-site restaurant offered a variety of options for dinner.

My room included a mini-fridge. This kept my drinks cold. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. the room size was adequate for a single traveller. It even had a small seating area!

The location was quite good.. I could easily reach the town centre. The staff were very helpful. My ground floor room was very nice, also the evening meal and the breakfast were really good.
The bedroom was uncomfortably hot during some days of heat. The air conditioning did not work, though a fan was provided. The metal steps outside leading to the room were very steep.
