convenient central stay
desk space free parking
the room had a desk space that was useful. the free parking offered security, as it is locked overnight (a great feature). i was able to leave my car there the following day while attending a conference, and the staff accommodated this request.
i found that a fire door outside my room banged loudly when someone went through it. this disturbed my sleep continuously. noisy cars also revved and honked outside.

my room included a comfortable bed. a large tv was mounted on the wall, a nice feature given the room size. the bathroom looked clean upon arrival, which i always appreciate.

the hotel is easy to locate, beneficial when arriving in an unfamiliar area. several fast food options are located just a minute's walk away. bars, mini-markets, and restaurants are also nearby.

Excellent Value and Modern Comfort
fresh cotton individual toothbrush comfy bed
The staff demonstrated understanding when I arrived at 2 a.m. The bed felt very comfy. The pillows smelled of fresh cotton. Individual wrapped toothbrushes were a nice touch. I appreciated this.

large shower ample parking friendly lady
The room was stylish WITH a nice, LARGE shower. Plenty of parking WAS available. The lady AT the desk was polite and friendly (ALWAYS a plus!).
The fire door outside banged LOUDLY. It disturbed my sleep.

decent stay near food and bars
friendly staff comfortable bed free parking
staff responded well before i arrived and were polite at reception. the room was decent, like student digs, but worked for sleep. the bed was comfy, and the desk with fan were a plus. i left my car there the next day for a conference and they accommodated this.
there was traffic noise all night, common in a city hotel. the shower was cooler than warm, it did not get hotter. i was not expecting five stars, but the hotel could be better if finished.

helpful staff modern room cozy bed convenient location
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, resembling an apartment. The bed was cozy (I slept like a baby!). The location is great with several cafes, restaurants, and a 24/7 grocery store nearby.
The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.

loud fan poor soundproofing
I found the room quite noisy. i could hear other guests moving around a lot. the bathroom fan was also very loud and the door did not shut properly. It was too big for the frame.

minor issues affected my stay
comfortable bed desk space non-functional tv wifi issue
the staff were responsive before my stay and polite at reception the room was decent with a comfortable bed and desk space
the tv did not work it was not connected to wifi so i could not watch regular tv or netflix i asked for the wifi password twice but it did not work i did not get to use the tv at all
