the room had a desk space that was useful. the free parking offered security, as it is locked overnight (a great feature). i was able to leave my car there the following day while attending a conference, and the staff accommodated this request.

i found that a fire door outside my room banged loudly when someone went through it. this disturbed my sleep continuously. noisy cars also revved and honked outside.

staff responded well before i arrived and were polite at reception. the room was decent, like student digs, but worked for sleep. the bed was comfy, and the desk with fan were a plus. i left my car there the next day for a conference and they accommodated this.

there was traffic noise all night, common in a city hotel. the shower was cooler than warm, it did not get hotter. i was not expecting five stars, but the hotel could be better if finished.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, resembling an apartment. The bed was cozy (I slept like a baby!). The location is great with several cafes, restaurants, and a 24/7 grocery store nearby.

the tv did not work it was not connected to wifi so i could not watch regular tv or netflix i asked for the wifi password twice but it did not work i did not get to use the tv at all
