The location was near the coach station and the bull ring shopping centre.
The staff argued when i requested them to turn down loud music late at night. One of the beds was broken. The room also lacked cleanliness.

poor soundproofing lacking hygiene
the room lacked sufficient space for luggage i barely had room to open my suitcase the noise isolation was poor disturbances from outside and the pub downstairs were constant throughout the night this made sleeping difficult i requested a hairdryer and never received it. the staff did not clean the rooms daily therefore the hygiene wasn't optimal.
