charming canalside stay

staff kindnessample spaceensuite roomflimsy lock
The staff's kindness stood out. Julian contacted us before we arrived. he asked if we wanted food prepared before the kitchen closed. This showed great care. i found my ensuite room had ample space for a two-night stay, and it was away from the pub.
The lock on my door felt flimsy. It wobbled. this. easy even came through the room at night, a window on the door reduced privacy, i had to hang a coat there.
Service

The team provided really good service. communication was prompt and attentive. They anticipated needs before i even voiced them. requests were handled swiftly and efficiently. It.

WOW! Amazing Stay, Will Return!

Julian offered food upon arrival since the kitchen closed at 9pm. What a thoughtful offer! My ensuite room was perfect. It was away from the pub and it had enough space for my stay. The bed linen was so pristinely very comfy and tidy!
I found my room was a bit cold when I arrived. I wish the heating system was switched on before I got there.

My room featured tea and coffee. Glass bottles of water were also available. I really liked that an iron and ironing board were available upon request because I attended a wedding.

Excellent Stay by the Canal

comfortable roomcanal locationcomfortable bed
My room was quite comfortable and located in a separate block near the parking area. The hotel is situated next to the Grand Union Canal, very scenic. I found everything I needed in the room, including a very comfortable bed. Silverstone is also located nearby.
The TV reception was unfortunately poor , and it kept losing signal.
Dining
9/10
The hotel does not have breakfast facilities, but a local cafe named Granny's Cafe was recommended. Granny's Cafe offers a selection of full English breakfasts, so plan accordingly.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides access to the canal towpath, useful for walks prior to dinner. Parking is available directly outside of the rooms for convenient access. The hotel provides free parking spaces and also complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Rooms
9/10
My room featured a good power shower inside the en-suite bathroom. A mini fridge in the room included apples , yogurts, and orange juice. These items are complimentary and included in the room rate , so they are good for early departures.
