cold hash brown dusty shelves

the breakfast was a real letdown it arrived barely warm and lacked flavor my vegetarian option seemed like an afterthought with just the meat removed from a standard plate the hash brown was cold the mushrooms tasted of nothing and the eggs were undercooked this disappointing end really overshadowed the acceptable parts of the stay. i also noticed some areas needed better cleaning there was dust on high shelves and cobwebs in corners it was like attention to detail was missing.

The hotel provided ample parking space. This was definitely a plus.

The shower's angle was unadjustable! Water went all over the floor. The room lock did not work, concerning.

lovely room excellent breakfast

i found the staff very helpful and attentive. i was lucky, i received a room upgrade, and the room was quite lovely. breakfast was excellent and offered many choices.

the spa was out of order . i should have been informed about this prior to my arrival.

The superior king room included bottled water and tea and coffee facilities, it was very spacious. the bed and pillows were very comfy. I slept soundly. the room heating was easy to control.

i asked for extra towels, and the host provided them immediately. the lady at breakfast was helpful, i thought. she made sure i got everything i needed quickly for my meeting.

There was a very big and safe car park, i appreciated that! i didn't use the spa because it was out of service, a shame. But the grounds were well maintained and pleasant.

dusty room small double bed

the bar area was nicely furnished. it was acceptable.

the room was dusty. there were large cobwebs, around the windows was dirt. i also noticed spiders. the bed was a small double and it dipped in the middle, it was uncomfortable. i expected more.
