the staff were lovely and upgraded the room. the beds were comfy.

the shower had too low water pressure to use it properly. a fire alarm went off at 5am, disruptive. there was also ongoing building work in progress.

I almost drove past the hotel. Then, I realized refurbishment was happening. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. They booked a taxi for me and let me know when it arrived. The staff showed me to my room personally, and it was newly renovated and spacious.

The gates locked late at night. I had to call a number to get them opened. I was not notified about this locking before.

The updated bathroom was a nice surprise. i slept really well, it was very quiet. the reception staff were really polite. They upgraded my room too, lovely. the bed was really comfy.

it looked like a building site outside.
