I found the staff very friendly. i also enjoyed the food very much. the inn is a popular place for meals, and the staff is always pleasant. i was impressed with the generous breakfast. It had plenty of choice.
i encountered an issue, there was no wifi in the room, so i had some connectivity problems.

the staff let me check in early. they escorted us to our rooms located in a separate building behind the car park. the staff were helpful and cheerful, accommodating my food allergy concerns effectively..

this inn provided plenty of off-road parking. the garden near the restaurant offered a pleasant dining space. the playground for children added to the appeal.. there was ample outdoor seating in the summer.

the location was perfect.. it was only a short walk from the tide mill on the waterfront. it allows easy access to town and the riverside, providing convenience. there are good options for dog walks too.

unironed sheets no kettle
the evening meal was good value.
the sheets looked like they had a fight with an iron and lost. no kettle was found in the room. the staff told me breakfast started at 8.30 am, it did not.

weak wifi unironed sheets
The room was expensive, so I expected perfection (maybe I was too demanding). My room lacked a kettle. The WiFi signal was weak. It hardly worked at all. Breakfast was scheduled for 8:30 AM, according to staff, but my friend's room was cold when they arrived. The sheets were not ironed. This was a small detail, but it added to my disappointment.
