Really good Stay on the Coast
fabulous location helpful staff convenient parking decent bathtub
The location is fabulous as it is right on the beachfront. I found helpful staff at reception. They were very jolly and accommodating. The staff also sorted out a parking permit. The room had a bathtub, a great amenity. There are multiple places to sit and chill.
The TV in the room was too small for my liking. I think a larger one would be a welcome addition.

The reception team offered prompt help, fulfilling my requests quickly. Staff at the bar provided timely service, always smiling. This ensures a consistently positive guest experience.

Breakfast had many options that included both hot and cold choices. The restaurant staff worked hard to provide efficient service. The menu had gluten free options, which I appreciated.

faulty radiator oil heater
The dining room staff were very obliging. The reception staff were helpful, friendly, AND efficient.
The bedroom was freezing and the radiator was only slightly warm. I reported this to the receptionist. She arranged for an oil heater to be put in our room. Some other guests had the same problem, a shame. the fault wasn't noticed before guests arrived.

overcooked eggs stale pastries
the breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety. the sausages tasted cheap and processed the eggs were often overcooked the coffee was weak and watery. the fruit selection was limited the pastries seemed stale. i had hoped for a better start to the day with more options and fresher ingredients
