I traveled with my family, and the location was convenient. the hotel provided bicycle rentals, great to easily explore nearby areas. we especially liked the large pool. It became a central spot for our group. we had access to the beach with excellent sunset views.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in our room. the door didn't close perfectly, leaving a small gap. this led to some mosquitoes entering the room.

the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. they were always ready to help with our needs. the team accommodated our dietary needs. i appreciate their help arranging an extension to our stay.

I adored the villa with two rooms. it was the perfect spot to unwind for a few days. ida at the spa was a highlight. Her service was really good. i really enjoyed the omelettes each morning. the staff were attentive from when sanur handled our bags.
the location is a bit far from town. a bike ride is necessary to reach central areas.

My room, a Sunset Bungalow, was close to the beach. It made access easy. The breakfast offered many options, and the staff was attentive. The pool area had plenty of loungers.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the space cool during the day. i found some insects in the outdoor bathroom, a bit unsettling. the bike rental process could be more streamlined, it took longer than expected.
