the swim-up pool bar had excellent service, and the food was well-prepared. the air conditioning functioned very well, keeping the room cool, and the wi-fi was reliable. the hotel upgraded our room at no extra charge, a definite plus. the bed was quite large and very comfortable to sleep on.

some areas could use a bit of updating, but it didn't detract much from my overall experience.

i liked the buffet breakfast, it had many options. the staff were friendly (especially at reception). i appreciated the location, close to the main areas, yet quiet. the grounds were well kept and beautiful. the 2 bedroom akoya pool villa was spacious.

i noticed some signs of poor maintenance. the beautiful room furniture looked scuffed. the bathroom tiles had cracks. the toilet seat was a bit wobbly.

The hotel pool and my own room pool were AMAZING!!! breakfast was perfect and the location is superb. it's in a quiet part but really close to the most lively area, just a short walk from the harbor. the staff is super nice and i could use my electric scooter to park it at my apartment. The hotel is kinda big. i would come back for sure!

the wooden balcony outside my room had some slightly rotten floorboards. some wooden beams are falling out. still, it was a very minor issue.
