generally positive stay
poolside snacks friendly staff loud music beach condition
the staff was attentive and friendly. they frequently offered poolside snacks. the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel's location on the quieter side of the island provided relaxing sunset views.
The beach directly in front of the hotel was not ideal. It required a 20-minute walk to find a swimmable area with fewer corals. the music was sometimes too loud. i noticed some ants in my room.

pink hotel helpful manager tasty breakfast
My first rooms had a slight humid scent. They promptly switched my room and offered tea! the manager was really helpful. the hotel is fully pink, super cool, and very well kept. sunsets were great and breakfast food was tasty. i appreciated the homemade bread and the delicious ice coffee!

constant surprises and attentive staff!
pink ambience beautiful pool
I found a cute pink ambience everywhere. the pool was beautiful and the sunset view from the beachside restaurant offered a lovely evening experience. the staff paid attention to details, like providing equipment in the rooms and free snacks. They also offered body care products!
The tap water had a dirty, brown color, so i could not use the taps . I was not pleased at all.

Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. I found many options included. smoothie bowls are very nice, and the unlimited fresh fruit juice is a great perk. the coffee options included lattes with oat milk.

Accommodations were super comfortable and clean . I am very grateful. the rooms offered amenities like a hairdryer, and mosquito repellent. i appreciated the complimentary water and daily cookies. It was very kind.

the pool area allowed for relaxation, which i needed, and i was grateful! the beach club provides front row access to a fire show. i loved that the staff reserved seats for hotel guests each night. i am happy.

i found the staff attentive. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. The hotel reserves front seating , a significant advantage.
the tap water looked dirty. The bathroom is partly outside, so insects and mosquitoes easily entered the room.

The rooms were fabulous. the staff gave little treats each day. That was amazing! the staff were also helpful and very kind.
the tap water had a dirty brown colour. i could not use the taps because of this.
