Manta Dive Gili Trawangan Resort offers rooms with air conditioning, hot water, a mini-bar, a safety deposit box, and satellite TV with a DVD player. The rooms have natural building materials and are finished to western standards. Each villa features two AC bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan living area that includes a movie library, and a kitchen dining area overlooking a private swimming pool.
Dining at Chappies Bar
Chappies Bar & Restaurant is located on the beach in front of Manta Dive, and is open from 07:00 to 23:00. The restaurant serves breakfast all day, baguettes, post-dive meals, and salads, plus beers and cocktails. The bar shows major sporting events and offers board games.
Leisure Activities
Manta Dive provides scuba diving courses from beginner to advanced levels, including Divemaster and Instructor training. They offer technical diving courses. The full course includes online theory, confined water training in a pool, and four open water dives. Courses are available for kids aged 6-10 years. The resort features a 20-meter swimming pool and tropical gardens.
Location & Accessibility
Manta Dive is located on the east side of Gili Trawangan, Lombok, in front of the harbor. Nearby landmarks include the Gili Islands (0.3 km), Nest (0.3 km), and Gili Meno (0.3 km). Gili Getaway can arrange car services from South Bali to the harbor. The fast boat from Padang Bai has a shorter crossing than boats departing from Serangan harbor. This daily service from Kuta Bali passes through numerous pick-up points on the way to Padang Bai.
Diving Services
Manta Dive offers guided fun dives, React Right (CPR and 1st Aid) courses, and the SSI Teaching System. Ben and Harriet can answer questions about Bali to Gili travel, Gili Trawangan accommodation, fun diving, and dive courses. Classes offer instructions on how to prepare six Indonesian dishes and Lombok specialities. The online course teaches all of the theory to dive with a certified buddy.
