friendly staff drinkable water noisy music mosquito problem

the staff was super friendly and helpful!!! they provided two big bottles of drinkable water, a kettle, coffee, and tea. a fridge and safe were also in the room.

mosquitoes were also a big problem, and many were present. a net would have helped.

The hotel was only 200 meters from the port. It was easy to walk with luggage. the location is central to clubs and eateries. i appreciated glass water bottles provided for self-refilling near reception..

the loud music continued until 3am from a nearby hotel. the mosquitoes were plentiful..

fantastic stay!

great location friendly staff

The location is amazing, just steps from the ferry terminal. the staff were so friendly and helpful. They arranged bike rentals and a snorkeling tour. the hotel bar was also great with very good prices!

The music from a nearby hotel was a bit loud at night. I had to use earplugs.

our beautiful room was spacious and clean, with good maintenance. it had nice extras, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and shower gel were provided. there were also hard and soft pillows available.

the staff was super helpful! breakfast included fresh fruit, good coffee, and both local and continental options. the hotel even provides a bag for the beach and refills filtered water daily in the rooms and at water fountains.

The hotel is very close to the port. it made carrying luggage easy (no horse cart needed!). breakfast was tasty. i liked the refillable water bottles provided near reception. It removed the need to buy water.

The location near the ferry was convenient.

Loud music from a nearby hotel continued until 3 AM. I used earplugs each night. This made it hard to sleep well.
