The staff were pleasant and helpful when assisting with directions around the city (they even helped someone recover a misplaced phone from an Uber!).

My room was quite small, and the hallways felt cramped. I noticed it wasn't as clean as I would expect for a hotel at this price point (a bit disappointing).

The location was fantastic for walking and exploring. we walked to most places we wanted to visit. It took about 30 mins! there were lots of places to eat and shop nearby. i found a supermarket not far from the hotel.

the elevator was poky and tiny! also the stairs were really small. i found it a bit expensive, overcrowded, and too busy and slow which wasn't ideal.

the omelette was prepared upon request, a nice touch. i expected there to be more cheese varieties, vegetables and fruits for breakfast. the breakfast room is small, though the service is efficient.

A nespresso coffee machine in the room was a big plus. complimentary drinking water was provided daily. i walked to the metro. It was a short walk from the hotel.

all the staff at the reception were wonderful! they were very friendly and always very helpful. the hotel offered early check-in and late check out, very convenient.

The staff were helpful, always available and very friendly. they accommodated my request to keep my luggage safe after i checked out and were very polite. i also appreciated the air conditioning. It worked perfectly even in winter, when i needed it!

The hallways were quite narrow. Maneuvering with luggage was a bit difficult. the small corridors made it a bit noisy when other guests were talking late at night!

the hotel featured a functional elevator, however it was quite small. a little lift was available, which helped with luggage. there was also 24-hour staffwith a secure atmosphere!

My superior double or twin room was super clean and cleaned daily, which i valued. towels and linens were also super clean. Extra water was provided each day. amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel, were of good quality.

breakfast had a good variety of juices, breads, and dairy products. the variety was great, it had a simple yet adequate breakfast. there were many dining options just outside the hotel!

The location was superb. It was close to the champs-élysées. getting to the hotel from gare du nord was easy, with convenient metro connections. a supermarket and halal options were nearby!

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful . mousa provided AMAZING customer service. He were very good. the location proved excellent, with access to shopping and restaurants. rue marbeuf, with its array of excellent restaurants, was convenient.

The air conditioning system took a considerable time to activate. I could not determine if the fan was actually functioning.

the hallways felt somewhat narrow and could get a little noisy at times. i think that's something to be aware of.
