The initial room assigned was quite SMALL , and the bathroom felt cramped. I kept bumping into the shower door when using the toilet. It disrupted the peace and quiet I expected , so it was not a pleasant experience.

the room i had was quite disappointing. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. it was difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep with the constant sounds.. also, the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. it worked, but not very effectively, even when set to the lowest temperature. i found it hard to achieve a comfortable climate within the room.

I loved the swimming pool. The water temperature was just PERFECT, and the area was always clean. Breakfast offered many options. I found something delicious every morning to start my day. The staff was so friendly and they worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly!!!

the breakfast had a great selection and there was something for everyone with fresh pancakes made daily. the new spa was amazing and i appreciated the refurbished rooms which were bright and clean. lifts were available to access the upper floors which helped with luggage.

i could not access the terrace except via the window.
