attentive staff ample breakfast delicious lunch
i stayed at this family-run hotel. i found the staff consistently attentive. the breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. lunch choices were also delicious.
The pool furniture looked worn. The mattresses were stained! the rattan on the side tables was also disintegrated, this made the area look a little shabby.

not quite the seamless experience i hoped for
small window worn mattress
the breakfast was acceptable with homemade cakes offered.
my room felt quite dark because there was only one small window. the lack of natural light, the room was overpriced for what i got. i also noticed the mattress seemed quite worn

beautiful garden rooftop hot tub
I am grateful for the beautiful garden and pools. The rooftop hot tub provided amazing views. Staff were very friendly, so cute and helpful. The hotel location was also great. It was a short walk into the town center.
I did note a small stain on the hallway carpet.

Every detail received careful consideration, from the comfortable bed to luxurious bathroom amenities. the room provided was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was attentive and thorough throughout my stay. i especially liked that they have bikes to use on the beautiful lakeside paths.
i think that more variety would be welcome in the breakfast buffet, though the quality was consistently high.
