The walls seemed thin. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms. this made it difficult to relax, especially in the evenings. i found this disappointing.

the breakfast had many options available. a lunch in the hotel was good and it was reasonably priced. the pool area was kept very clean.

the rooms seems old. bathrooms appears old. there was only two small tubes for washing, and for two people, it was not enough to take a shower.

I found the room very clean and a good size. all the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel has a good location. It's just a short walk to a supermarket and the main area with the ferry port. the breakfast choices are also great!!!

I found a family room, it included a generous double bed plus a single bed. The room size was decent and it came with a balcony and a big bathroom. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the room, everything was super clean. The breakfast was really good with many choices.

The walls were somewhat thin. I could occasionally hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The pool area features many sun beds and space to relax, i noticed the area was kept very clean. The hotel is located a short walk from the lake front, this makes exploring the area very easy. There is an equipped meeting room available.

The breakfast area had tables facing the pool, it was very inviting. I enjoyed the varied selection of foods, it included both hot and cold items. The hotel offer a bar service in the lobby area.

The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful with all requests. The cleaning staff do excellent work, everything looks good. I saw Mario at reception, he was great and very helpful.
