the breakfast had a wide variety of options. i liked the gluten-free choices available (i have some dietary restrictions). the location was very accessible. it was close to the castle and also near boat rides.
The room i stayed in was quite dated. the furniture seemed like it belonged to a previous era. i also noticed that the hallway looked a little worn. It had scratched walls and older carpet.

The hotel's location was very nice! I walked everywhere without problems. The breakfast in the garden was AMAZING!!! I loved the large selection of food and seating. The rooftop pool views were also very beautiful. The staff were the friendliest I have ever met!!!
The soundproofing wasn't the best, so I could hear some noise from the hallway and street, but it didn't bother me too much.

The hotel is located close to the castle. It is very central to the areas of Verona, Peschiera, and Desenzano. I found it easy to walk into the main town. This made exploring the area very simple.

I had a large room with a nice balcony. The bathroom included robes, slippers and amenities. The room had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the space and comfort the room offered.

The check-in was smooth and very friendly. The staff was helpful and courteous. The staff at the pool bar was especially appreciated!!! I especially appreciated that the staff assisted with directions and recommendations.

The rooftop pool area provided wonderful views. There is parking available at a cost of 20 Euros. The hotel offers a safe parking garage. I also really loved the comfortable patio on the main level.

the hotel provided parking, a definite plus. check-in and check-out were smooth with helpful staff. they even brought the car up from the garage for me and loaded my luggage (that was so nice!). extra pillows were in the room, exactly what i needed.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, so i heard some noise from the bar.

Breakfast offered a varied selection. It had almost everything you could want to eat or drink. the breakfast area was well-kept. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries (they were delicious!).
