faulty air conditioning excessive noise
the staff managed the parking very well, even if the garage was busy.
the room was too warm. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. this made sleeping uncomfortable, plus, the noise from the street below was excessive at night.

poor breakfast noisy cleaning staff
the location was acceptable because it was accessible.
the breakfast offered little variety i found that disappointing i expected more choices at a four-star hotel also cleaning staff were noisy early in the morning outside rooms that disturbed the sleep quality the breakfast is not good the cleaning is annoying.

gluten free options great location accessible location dated furniture scratched walls
the breakfast had a wide variety of options. i liked the gluten-free choices available (i have some dietary restrictions). the location was very accessible. it was close to the castle and also near boat rides.
The room i stayed in was quite dated. the furniture seemed like it belonged to a previous era. i also noticed that the hallway looked a little worn. It had scratched walls and older carpet.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Stay!
central location delicious breakfast beautiful views friendly staff
The hotel's location was very nice! I walked everywhere without problems. The breakfast in the garden was AMAZING!!! I loved the large selection of food and seating. The rooftop pool views were also very beautiful. The staff were the friendliest I have ever met!!!
The soundproofing wasn't the best, so I could hear some noise from the hallway and street, but it didn't bother me too much.

The breakfast was served in a beautiful garden area with ample seating. There was a vast selection of food including pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee, offering a continental style breakfast. It was a good start to each day!!!

The hotel is located close to the castle. It is very central to the areas of Verona, Peschiera, and Desenzano. I found it easy to walk into the main town. This made exploring the area very simple.

I had a large room with a nice balcony. The bathroom included robes, slippers and amenities. The room had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the space and comfort the room offered.

The check-in was smooth and very friendly. The staff was helpful and courteous. The staff at the pool bar was especially appreciated!!! I especially appreciated that the staff assisted with directions and recommendations.

The rooftop pool area provided wonderful views. There is parking available at a cost of 20 Euros. The hotel offers a safe parking garage. I also really loved the comfortable patio on the main level.

fantastic stay with lake views
provided parking helpful staff luggage loading extra pillows
the hotel provided parking, a definite plus. check-in and check-out were smooth with helpful staff. they even brought the car up from the garage for me and loaded my luggage (that was so nice!). extra pillows were in the room, exactly what i needed.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, so i heard some noise from the bar.

Breakfast offered a varied selection. It had almost everything you could want to eat or drink. the breakfast area was well kept. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries (they were delicious!).

the staff was amazing, especially the barman. he made the best cocktails and provided snacks. the receptionists were also very kind and helpful. i felt welcome and taken care of.

the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the historic center. it was super easy to access the castle and boat rides. i really enjoyed being so close to everything.
