moldy masticextra pillow

the room overlooked some kind of internal courtyard, so the view weren't exactly amazing. plus, the shower looked like it hadn't seen bleach in ages, with a moldy mastic. i mean, i'm not expecting a sparkling clean lab, but come on, some basic hygiene would be nice. i also asked for an extra pillow, but it never arrived.
